LG 52LG50 / 47LG50 /42LG50 / 37LG50 LCD Review
The LG50’s is the mid-tiered series of LG's LCD TVs. This 2008 series is has the 1080P resolution with a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The LG50 series comes in the following sizes of 37-inch (37LG50), 42-inch (42LG50), 47-inch (47LG50), 52-inch (52LG50). LG is aiming at enhancing the look of the TV itself by integrating the speakers in the TV so they can not be seen.
The LG50 series have a really attractive black high gloss bezel that hides the speakers. Connectivity will not be problem with ample three HDMI 1.3 ports. This TV will lack on the motion or action scenes. It will more prevalent on the larger size 47LG50 and 52LG50 inch. The picture will not look as smooth in high action. An alternative is to look at the LG70 series with 120mhz Trumotion or even looking into the LG plasma series PG30 series.
